Make Ben and Larry take responsibility and buy out Porcello's contract with their own money plus lower the amount of Foreign Aid sent to Liverpool. Together that should do the job.

It's time to force Ben to take responsibility and use his own money to buy out Porcello's contract.

Amen! And don't forget that Ben could have signed Shields if he'd really wanted to. Shields is even better than Lester. When is Cherington going to get fired, as he should have been already?

Lester pitched very well tonight -- no runs in 7 innings and 7 SOs. This disaster is on Ben and Larry. When are they going to take responsibility?

Can't we trade Sweeney for a tough, reliable goalie? Sweeney seems to be more of a disaster for the Bs than even PC.

Martin may well be better than Rask. It's one more bad trade. And yes, Sweeney and Cam were obviously lying about Dougie's demands. I would say the Celtics are in better shape than the Bs in the long more »

He looks like he might be better than our present goalies, so I have a hard time understanding this trade. Why couldn't we have traded Malcolm? more »

rayallen43, you explanation doesn't really make sense. Maybe the Bruins are not giving us the real reason(s) for firing Hamilton. The $7+ mil story may be pure bs to hide other reasons. Or maybe Sween more »

Roger, I like your last name! You make a good point, but.... but Steve Yzerman is very talented as the Lightning's GM, close to genius level, and he doesn't compare with Sweeney or Neely at all when i more »

That's what happens when you replace PC with PC's assistant instead of hiring someone from another organization who can think outside the box. I'm beginning to doubt Cam's competence. The Bs may end u more »
