This is hardly the mayor's fault. If he is slashing the police budget, then yes, but I don't think that is the case. What source of revenue would you suggest he use to run the city?

Plowing 3" of snow this time of year is a waste of taxpayers money. IMO. Live with it for a day or two. But I think snow tires should be regular equipment during the winter months.
