If Ainge keeps the picks I expect him to draft Seniors if possible. This has been his MO...except Young who he picked last year.

Could the Celtics do well with WCS and McGee? Would that combo work somehow not starting but in a rotation?
Posted 05/21/2015 08:24:45 EDT
He's on now until 10am.

I read that he's back on the radar for Ainge. Celtics may sign him.

How about this
Rubio, Dieng and Budinger to Celtics
Smart and Wallace to the TWolves

I definitely see NY trading their pick. I don't know if Ainge has enough to get from #16 to #4.
Posted 05/20/2015 08:31:31 EDT
I think Ainge will try to fleece the Knicks for the #4 pick and also go after some FAs. The Knicks are doomed and will do anything to get out of the #4 spot. They can't move up so they might as well t more »

That's the real downside with WCS...his scoring.
The major upside is his ability to defend 3,4,5.
He's really Joakim Noah with more hops.

16-I believe Dekker will be there.
I don't believe we keep any of the picks but though I would give my choices.

I see Pierce with either the Clippers or Mavs next year and most likely the Clippers.

Oh I'm so glad I stayed up for that game. LA thought they had it won and then the Rockets started playing...with Harden on the bench. It was hilarious...blocked shots, dunks, 3s.

PLEASE NO MORE GUARDS UNTIL WE GET A FEW BIGS...PLEASE!

In response to jgallag1's comment:
Because he really isn't that good, and DA was able to get another 2nd rounder for him.
Posted 05/05/2015 03:20:18 EDT
Huh, why would we trade Sully and a additional #1 to move up 5 spots from 16 to 11.
Posted 05/04/2015 03:49:53 EDT
Thanks for the explanation. I was never really clear on those TPEs. I've heard they expired, I've heard we won't use them. Your explanation was very clear. Either way we have more flexibility than we' more »

Wait, so if I'm reading this correctly we would give up 3 #1s, Sully, AB and Wallace for Cousins I like the deal but I would rather include Turner over AB and then go and offer a poison pill for Middl more »

Well this would be my first order of business as I stated in many other posts. GO GET COUSINS!!
Posted 04/27/2015 03:55:30 EDT
In response to hedleylamarr's comment: McGee is still out there. We could draft Upshaw. I agree the Kings will not trade Cousins. I also insist that IF they consider it, we have the assets to do it, more »

Has anyone even seen the list of FA SF...it's not impressive.

I've cooled on Tobias Harris. He didn't step up when and carry that team when they needed him. His play didn't stand out and to give him big money would be a mistake IMO. Harris is restricted and if w more »

I just don't think KO wants to play in the paint and he often plays 6'8 instead of 7'0. I've seen enough. Yes, it would take a monster deal to get Cousins but I've seen crazier things. If we give up S more »

I think this series definitely tells me we need more size on the frontline. I say go back to McGee and sign him to a 2 year deal. Work a blockbuster deal with the Kings to try and land Cousins. I want more »

I agree with Petey, we're moving in the right direction. I don't believe there are any big men that will fall to us, so with that in mind, I think Ainge should go this route. Draft Dekker if he falls more »

What I noticed is they don't have a very good bench. Our bench looks to be producing more than their bench. The problem is LBJ or Irving are always on the court at one time and are carrying the water. more »
