God help us if they blow the Lester situation, meaning, if they don't trade him and he signs with the Yankees or someone!  If they're not 100% sure Lester signs with us, trade him now!

Much ado about nothing, Lester signs w/Sox.

Why give Workman starts?  He's not so good this year, he's not fooling anyone anymore, not even at AAA.

Funny how many guys turn into Cy Young or Babe Ruth in free agent years.  Lester has always been a good pitcher, but he's outdoing himself this season.  Last year he started out well, was bad for a mo more »

Move Workman (in a trade), not much upside, and he's lately no mystery to either minor or major league hitters.

No Salty and now no AJP.  Great!  Vazquez/Ross, the present, Vazque/Swihart the very near future.

Why trade Miller?  Last two seasons, he's been very good, though he went down with injury last year, when he was healthy he was great.  And he's pretty much our only guy who can get you a K.  I'd trad more »

Next few weeks will tell if we're going to compete for the division.  If not, he could get traded.

If you're going to trade guys like this, I'd rather see it in a package for an outfield who has power and is a player.  But why trade Miller at all?  That guy has been really good for us the past two more »
