Turner was a steal.  He may even be a starter in November.

Pitino and the Kenny Anderson trade were devastating to the Celtics in the 90's.

Do the Hawks have the right to swap picks with the Nets?  If so, we have to root for both the Nets and the Hawks to lose.

If you want a championship, you have to root for the team to lose this year.  I'd love to see a ton of 1 point losses.  A top 5 lottery pick, a top free agent, and a key trade (Bogan's expiring contra more »

This coming year is lost.  Less than 20 wins is likely.  In 2014-15, the Celtics can add a lottery pick and a top free agent with the loss of Humphreys.  Those are facts.  Other areas of upside would more »

Ainge is not going to give Rondo away.  I know he still owes his friend a favor in Houston but Lin and Asik for Rondo is crazy.  Rondo is much more valuable than these two.  Further Brandon Bass is a more »

I'll be surprised if both survive 200 more games in the NBA.  Both Pierce and KG will be done after two years.  It was a grind for them last year, especially KG who looked so exhausted at times.

i noticed KO's release on his jump shot which is much lower than Bird, McHale, and Nowitzki.  It could result in more of his shots being blocked.  He may have to raise his shot release, which may redu more »

Phew, thank goodness Detroit signed him for $14 million per year.  It would have been awful if he came to Boston.  I used to love it when he'd shoot Atlanta out of a game by taking wild 3-pointers.  I more »

I actually feel Rondo is intelligent and a good match for Coach Stevens intellectually.  They will thrive off each other.  I think Rondo is a level higher than Doc which caused tension.  His teammates more »

It is too early to tell.  We need to wait and see on the final team.  There still may be some surprises.

With Pitino, it was all about Him.  I still remember Him wearing that all white suit which made him look like my ice cream man when I was a kid. Stevens has a much different personality.  He's intelli more »

C'mon can anyone help Pierce?  With the Lahey Clinic so close, can't he get this resolved!  What he needs is a kinesiologist and a good pillow.

Doc's decision to not start Green cost them the game.  Why sit the hot player?  He should have started for Bass.  Green never found a rhythm and the Celtics offense was stagnant.  They could have used more »

T-Will remains me of poor man's Magic Johnson.  He's big, and can dribble, ball-handle, and pass like Magic.  He even shoots better than Majic.  Let's call him Magic Williams but maybe we should sign more »

Terry probably will retire next year.  Bradley and Sully will never be an all-star.  The trade works for the Celtics.  I assume they will add more pieces since only 12 will be left on the roster.  Per more »

I'd like to see and hear Cornbread on a regular basis.  He is great on the radio.  Cedric is quick-witted, knowledgable, and a Celtic.
