The Clinton Foundation has released a special, “House of Cards’’-inspired video featuring the Netflix series’ star, Kevin Spacey, in honor of President Bill Clinton’s birthday this week.

In the clip, Spacey plays his power-loving character Frank Underwood, who conspires with the former president to figure out what Clinton’s wife, Hillary, will be getting him for his birthday.

Spacey’s Underwood calls the former Secretary of State from the Oval Office using his best Bill Clinton voice to inquire about the gift.

After some prodding, Hillary replies coyly by saying, “This is a very personal decision that I will make when I’m ready,’’ referencing her past answers to questions about her presidential aspirations.

The video concludes with a hilarious “House of Cards’’-style text conversation between Bill and Spacey.

You can check out the entire clip embedded above.

President Clinton will celebrate his 68th birthday on Tuesday.
