The first official pictures of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding are out and we have one word for you: lace.
E! News got a look at Kim’s wedding dress (think it’s because they air her show?) and posted a trio of photos (including the one above) today. Kim’s mermaid, curve-hugging Givenchy gown (by Riccardo Tisci) featured long sleeves, a barely there backless panel, and a belt.
The haute couture number is a severe departure from the princess-style wedding dress that she donned when marrying Kris Humphries in 2011.
The groom chose a Givenchy custom tuxedo and crimson bow tie for the nuptials, which were set against a flowered backdrop at Florence, Italy’s Forte di Belvedere on Saturday, May 24.
Was the rose/hydrangea/peony sculpture that the ever-so-clever Kanye gifted his wife with (above) on Mother’s Day was some type of allusion to the wedding styling?
