The central VT resort Okemo has announced a substantial number of ways for you to save a few dollars skiing and riding. The mountain folks have constructed a bundle of packages that cover all types of visitors.
Quick and somewhat relevant food tangent – preceding the deals breakdown…
Ludlow, VT Dinning Option: The S.G. recently went to dinner with a bunch of friends. Some of the people in our group had been to Sam’s Steakhouse before. The S.G. had not. The experience was a very good one. The menu is standard steakhouse fare. The food is above average, especially considering other options within a half-hour journey form the Okemo base area.
Be warned on these two counts
1. There are No Reservations accepted, for any size party. The larger your group the longer you guys might wait (there is a nice bar/lounge area).
2. You can rack up a bill that might make you think you are still at home in the city.
All In – Sam’s Steakhouse is a worthwhile a visit if you find yourself around Okemo and hungry for some quality cuisine.
