Capsule review:
The centerpiece is the tandoor-oven, enclosed in gleaming hammered copper and glass. From it emerges chicken tikka, chunks of boneless chicken breast, marinated in yogurt and spices, then baked. Breads are outstanding, especially puffy, deep-fried poori, tandoori roti (Indian wheat bread), and six kinds of naan. You can order curries with vegetables, lamb, chicken, or shrimp.

The curry combinations are terrific: six curries chicken, lamb or shrimp.
Wonderful vegetarian dishes. Tandoori breads (Naan) are wonderful and the
real thing Tandoori variety of choices baked in special clay container.
Also a Southern Indian menu.
