Boston Globe Review
( explain this rating )
Capsule review:
This lovely, quiet Indian restaurant is an oasis in an otherwise busy strip mall. The food is authentic, the menu created by the Indian owners who have been in the business a long time. There's scarcely a false note here from the tender naan to the traditional tandoori dishes cooked in the clay oven to the sweet desserts. Don't forget to wash it down with a mango lassi or a cup of chai. For a different taste, try the delicious dosa, the Indian version of a crepe. This one is foot-long and stuffed with various offerings. (3/10/05 B.E.)
