Capsule review:
BRAZZILLE 91 Hollis St. Framingham. 508-620-6170. This inviting new Brazilian restaurant features a churrasco, or barbecue cooked on a rotisserie: beef, lamb, pork, and sausages. For $12.95, you go through a buffet line that offers salads, sides, and other dishes. Then, a carver will help you to the sizzling meat right off the skewer. It’s tender and flavorful and thoroughly authentic. Start off with cod cakes, move to the buffet and end with any of the desserts, all made on the premises. The flan and passion fruit mousse should not be missed. Wash it all down with a caipirinha, made with Brazilian rum. If you just want takeout, grab a styrofoam container and help yourself from the buffet, at $5.49 a pound. Bom apetite!
