The word is plush, from the comfy crimson cushions on the leather-appointed booths to the sounds of Pavarotti playing. Chef Franco Caratanos serves a Boston lettuce salad with fresh mozzarella, pine nuts, and a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette. As you might expect, luxury costs, so figure to drop close to $50 per person with wine. A tasting menu also offers six courses for $58.
