Owner Otto Chang gives everyone the red carpet here. Let him or one of his entertaining waiters order for you. Be brave. This is superb Hong Kong-style Cantonese food, with seafood the specialty. Get a whole fish (live from their tanks or on ice), and don't miss the Cantonese-style golden fried chicken, which is cooked, cut up, and reassembled in its natural shape.
