Capsule review: The Hungarian-trained chef Anna Debreczeni turns out authentic Old World dishes for very low prices in this 24-seat diner-style spot. Try her hearty goulash, cucumber salad, stuffed cabbage, breaded veal, and chicken paprika. Finish with dessert crepes, particularly the chocolate flambeed in rum. Breakfasts are hearty. For lunch, try a Hungarian hamburger, a spicy mixture of ground pork and garlic served on a bulkie roll.
