Capsule review: From grilled chicken satay to choo chee curry with salmon, there's nothing overwhelming here, just a lot that's quite satisfying. Brown Sugar, a branch of the popular, smaller Fenway restaurant, is wildly busy (deservedly) on weekends. Wait patiently for a table, then order a Singh beer and a plate of drunken noodles. Or take them to go.
