Just because you’re Batman doesn't mean you can get away with anything.

Ben Affleck, who was recently cast as the masked superhero in the sequel to Man of Steel, learned that lesson the hard way this week in Las Vegas. The Boston native was caught counting cards and banned from playing blackjack at the Hard Rock Hotel, Us Weekly reported.

Affleck was at the blackjack tables while on a quick romantic getaway with his wife Jennifer Garner when security approached him. The report said security told him he was “too good at the game,” before asking him and Garner to leave.

The hotel was reportedly nice about the incident and Affleck will still be allowed to play other games at the hotel and casino.

A representative for Hard Rock told Us: “Mr. Affleck, a valued guest of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, is not banned from our property and is welcome back any time.”
