Boston’s annual Gay Pride celebration falls on Father’s Day this year, and The Beehive is taking full advantage.

The popular South End eatery will honor gay fathers by hosting ‘Gay Father’s Day’ on Sunday, June 15 beginning at 6 p.m.

The event will include live soul music performances that will tribute Aretha Franklin, Amy Winehouse, Etta James, Gladys Knight, Dinah Washington and more.

Event guests can choose between a full dinner option—which will include entrees like Tuna Tartare, Mussels Marinara, and Braised Beef Short Ribs—or just enjoy some gay pride-inspired cocktails, like the “Ricky Martini,” “Queen Bea Arthur,” and the “Rummy Bear.” The drinks are “all made with added sass,” according to The Beehive’s event page.
