Canadian Music Week, the country’s largest annual music festival, has added a Boston-based band to its five days of festivities.

Led by Berklee College of Music student Marco Perfetti, the group Perfect Mark is set help kick off the festival with a performance on Tuesday, May 6.

Canadian Music Week, which runs from May 6-10, will feature appearances by a slew of big named artists, including Quincy Jones, Diane Warren, Nile Rodgers, Deadmau5, Ellie Goulding, and Tegan and Sara.

In addition to the high profile gig, Perfect Mark will also soon be releasing its debut album, “Flesh and Voice.”
