They are still the champions, my friends.
During a recent interview with BBC Radio, Queen guitarist Brian May revealed that the band would be releasing an album full of yet-to-be-heard tracks, complete with Freddie Mercury vocals.
May told the folks at the radio station that the album will “probably” be called “Queen Forever,” and will be full of material from the ‘80s.
“It’s the big, big epic sound,” May said of the upcoming release. “It wouldn’t have been if we hadn’t have done this restoration job. We only had scraps, but knowing how it would’ve happened had we finished it, I can sit there and make it happen with modern technology.”
He added that folks will be hearing the work “toward the end of the year.”
