The Design Subcommittee selected Suffolk Construction Company of Boston as contractor for the 6,000 square foot park. Suffolk Construction has a 100 year history in construction, with president John Fish representing the fourth generation of the family-run business. Suffolk employs 400 people, with annual billings of $400,000,000 for projects throughout the United States. Among the projects built by Suffolk: Tanglewood Concert Hall, Regis College Fine Arts Center, and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
