You’ve been discovering unique products from The Grommet on Boston.com Finds. And you’ve been learning about these Grommets and their stories.

This Sunday, you’ll be able to play with some of these products in person while bobbing to terrific tunes. Come out with your friends or bring your family to Live on The Square at Union Square in Somerville. It’s a free concert hosted by Boston.com’s RadioBDC and presented by Budweiser, and we're holding a giveaway.

Beginning at high noon, there’ll be music performed by five great acts, face painting, a beer garden, food trucks, and more. Mingle with friends, engage with local artists, and drop us a visit at the Finds and Grommet table.

Come chat about how you shop, which values you support with your dollars, or ask for advice on the perfect gift for your best friend. If you want to learn about a few off-the-radar products, we'll be showcasing some fun products for music and some local ones developed right in Somerville. Then enter our giveaway for your chance to take a Grommet home; there'll be 15 lucky winners!

Here’s a sample of the products you’ll be able to check out and the prizes you could win:

For Music Lovers

Zumreed 1.jpg

The Zumreed ($48.95) is a tear- or water droplet-shaped speaker in which your music player can sit safely, protected from sand and water. It comes in bold, modern colors and is the perfect amplifier of your music in the bathroom or on the beach.

Innovation from Somerville

PocketMonkey 1.jpg

The PocketMonkey ($23.95) is an ultra-thin stainless steel tool of 12 functions and is only the size of a credit card. TSA compliant, it’s an incredibly handy tool you can take anywhere for opening oranges, bottles, or letters to using it as a ruler or kickstand for your phone.

What You Can Win

Happy Scarf 1.jpg

Happy Scarf ($29.95) is a fashion scarf that comes in various patterns, dimensions, and fabrics. The founders, Rachel Huang and Jason Faulkner, met while in Shanghai, China, and fell in love. Together, they launched a venture to celebrate contemporary textile design, creating scarves that put a smile on any wearer. We'll be giving away a scarf -- Penguins, Chevron Map, or The River -- to three lucky winners.

Let me know if we'll be seeing you there!
