2 egg whites 1/4 teaspoon almond extract 2 ounces vodka 1 1/2 cups chilled Champagne 1 cup lime ice cream (use sherbet for a lighter substitute) 4 ounces crushed ice
Mint sprigs or strawberries (for garnish) Pour in the vodka and champagne. Add ice cream and crushed ice. Mix until evenly blended. Cover and place in the freezer until icy cold, about 10 minutes. Pour into cordial glasses or flutes. Garnish with mint or a strawberry.
