The annual Boston Health and Fitness Expo is this weekend and you really should go.
Here’s why: Healthy food samples, demos by fitness and cooking celebrities, amazing guest speakers and professional athlete sightings (Aly Raisman, Vince Wilfork, Maria Menounos, and Lauren Sesselmann just to name-drop a few).
The free event, hosted by 7NEWS NBC Boston, is one of the largest fitness expositions in the country. The expo will take place at The Hynes Convention Center this Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Over 100 health and fitness companies will have booths at the expo offering free samples, health advice and information, as well as free medical screenings. Take free health screenings at the Neighborhood Health Plan booth, have a comprehensive wellness checkup from Boston Medical Center (BM), bring the kids to BMC’s fun children’s exhibit collaboration with The Spinners, or learn about chiropractic health at the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society booth.
The expo also has two main stages with featured guests and cooking tutorials throughout the day.
