Chances are you've seen one of these "film set" signs around greater Boston in the last couple of years. Recent tax credits for the film industry and Boston's unique charm are making the Bay State a hotbed for movie production.
And it's not likely to wane anytime soon. There are plans to build a large movie studio in Plymouth, a developer is floating plans for another studio in Stoneham, and South Boston may even get it's own little bit of Hollywood with a sound stage.
And with it all comes an increased need for workers to do everything from design costumes to operate cameras. Here are a few of the jobs associated with filmmaking in the Bay State.
