IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL CANDIDATES WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE BIO CAREER FAIR

BIO Career Fair attendees must:

1. Hold a four-year life sciences degree to attend

2. Be 18 years of age or older

TWO lines will be designated at the BIO Career Fair main entrance:

• EXPRESS LINE -- designated for candidates who pre-registered on www.biocareerfair.org. When you register, you will get an official email confirmation notice. Please bring this official email confirmation notice with you. Please bring the original with you as our career fair staff can not re-print copies of the email.


• RESUME CHECK LINE -- designated for those that have hard copy resumes in hand (Career fair staff will not make copies of resumes, bring plenty of copies!).

BIO Career Fair security and staff will be monitoring these lines.

Once you have exited the Career Fair, reentry will only be allowed through the main entrance and you will be required to wait in line.

Family members/friends/spouses who accompany you will be asked to wait in the common area of the Seaport facility and will not be allowed into the Career Fair unless they have the official email of pre-registration OR hold a resume with a four-year life sciences degree.

If you are also registered for the BIO International Convention, you do not automatically get admitted to the BIO Career Fair. You must follow these career fair instructions.
