Workers' pay lags productivity, profits

Today's Globe reports a not-so-happy trend for the nation's workers:
Despite a lengthy period of economic expansion, the current US economy may become the first period of sustained growth since World War II in which real wages for workers also failed to increase.What's your situation? Do you feel as though you're ahead of the game when it comes to earnings these days? Or are you having a hard time making ends meet?
