Women hold about a quarter of the jobs in the computing industry, and they make up about the same percentage of the employee base at Redmond, Wash.-based Microsoft Corp. But the leadership of Microsoft's 300-person Cambridge outpost, which began taking shape three years ago, is entirely female.
