Jeff Arnold is a senior consultant and account manager at Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Arnold is actively involved with his clients in addressing human capital, benefits and HR technology issues. He has over 20 years experience in consulting and high technology, and has held various management and executive positions for leading consulting firms and software vendors. His professional memberships include Human Resource Leadership Forum (HRLF), International for Human Resource Information Management Association (IHRIM), Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), MIT Enterprise Forum, and Institute of Management Accountants. Arnold has a BS in Business and Accounting from Gettysburg College and an MBA with High Honors from Boston University.

Judi Casey is currently the Director of the Sloan Work and Family Research Network at the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work. For the past 15 years, Casey worked at the Boston College Center for Work & Family in various roles. She was the Director of the New England Work & Family Association (NEWFA), conducted corporate research and custom analyses for the Center's Standards of Excellence in Work/Life Integration project and managed the Work/Life Certificate Program. Casey is well-known for her ability to bridge the world of the corporate practitioner with research about the work/life field. She is the author, with Jacquelyn James of "Business or Busyness: Strategies for Managing Workload" and with Peggy Chase, of "Creating a Culture of Flexibility: What it is, Why it Matters, How to Make it Work," from the Center's 2004 Executive Briefing Series. She has written numerous other articles on work/life topics and is a frequent speaker at local and national conferences. Casey has a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and a MSW from Boston University.

Bill Coleman has 20 years of compensation and benefits experience in consulting and corporate management. As senior vice president of compensation at Salary.com, Coleman heads the compensation and content teams. He also served two years as the executive compensation expert for Monster.com's executive-oriented site. Prior to joining Salary.com, Coleman was a senior executive compensation consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide and director of marketing and manager of special compensation and benefits projects at PricewaterhouseCoopers. His experience includes the analysis and design of executive and broad-based compensation programs for public and private organizations, ranging from pre-IPO startups to Fortune 100 firms. Coleman earned a BS in mathematics from MIT.

Peggy Sheedy is a Vice President in Aon Consulting's US Health & Welfare Practice. She is a Team Leader and provides group employee benefit consulting services to middle market clients. She also serves as the Boston Office Compliance Officer. Sheedy has over 25 years of experience in assisting clients. Prior to joining Aon, she worked for a major insurance broker and consultant. She was the Director of Client Service responsible for continuous improvement in customer care, and she was also responsible for the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 certification. Sheedy holds a BS in Mathematics and Economics from Simmons College.

Katharine Esty is a founding partner of Ibis Consulting Group, a Waltham-based consulting firm with expertise in diversity and organizational development. A social psychologist by training, Esty works from a systems perspective. She brings her years of experience as a manager, consultant, and trainer to diversity assessments and culture change initiatives. She brings an understanding of global issues to her work, also having led strategic planning conferences in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, Jordan and Malawi. She is the co-author of the book "Workplace Diversity: A Manager's Guide to Solving Problems and Turning Diversity into a Competitive Advantage". Esty received her PhD in Social Psychology from Boston University and her BA from Smith College.

Deloris Tuggle is director of human resources for May Institute, a private non-profit organization employing approximately 2,000 employees in 14 divisions. In addition to this position, she is co-chair of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) Diversity Committee. She serves on the Department of Mental Retardation Metro West Diversity Committee, Town of Canton Fair Housing Commission, and the Grantee Diversity Committee. She has presented before the Catholic Women's Association, Mass Council of Human Service Providers, NEHRA conferences, and local schools, organizations and churches in the Boston area. Tuggle holds a BA in Human Services and an MA in Conflict Resolution, both from UMass, Boston.

Susan Cohen is a partner at the Boston headquarters office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo. She developed and now manages Mintz Levin's Immigration Practice. Cohen has been recognized by her peers as a top lawyer in her field, as evidenced by awards won for her political asylum work and her listing in the International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers. An active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), she has chaired and co-chaired a wide range of national AILA committees. Cohen received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Brandeis and her JD, cum laude, from Cardozo Law School, where she served on the Law Review.

Carolyn Fuchs has practiced immigration law in Boston since 1979. From 1984 to 2000, she managed her own law firm and recently resumed her own practice where she focused her practice on securing employment visas and permanent resident status for professionals in academia and industry. Prior to that, Fuchs was a senior partner at Hale and Dorr and chair and founder of its Immigration Group. She has extensive experience representing employers in immigration matters, including before the Departments of Homeland Security, State, Labor and US Consular offices throughout the world. Fuchs served on the PERM Implementation Working Group for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and also served three terms on AILA's national liaison committee with the DOL. In August 2008 she published an article in the Boston Business Journal on the new law which requires employers who are federal contractors to use E-Verify to check employment eligibility. Fuchs received her BA from Hunter College and her JD from Boston College.

David Henderson is a partner in the Litigation Department of Nutter McClennen & Fish, LLP. His practice is concentrated in civil litigation and corporate general counsel with a focus on employment and labor issues. He is a member of the bars of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. Prior to Nutter, David was a pilot and judge advocate in the United States Air Force. His professional memberships include the Boston Bar Association, NEHRA and Career Collaborative. David received J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Yale Law School, an M.A. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and a B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy.

Krista Green Pratt is a partner in the Labor and Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Boston office. Her practice includes the representation of management in employment litigation matters before state and federal courts, at trial and appellate levels, as well as agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the National Labor Relations Board. Ms. Pratt has extensive experience defending employment discrimination cases and employment-related breach of contract and tort claims. She also has expertise in defending wage and hour class and collective actions, including hybrid cases involving both state and federal claims. Ms. Pratt regularly advises companies on a variety of employee relations issues, including employee handbooks and policies, discrimination and harassment, reductions in force, medical leave, discipline and discharge, disability accommodations and workplace audits. An alumna of Cornell, (B.S., 1996), Ms. Pratt earned her J. D. (magna cum laude) from Boston College Law School (1999).

Roberta Chinsky Matuson is a seasoned human resource specialist with a 20-year track record. She is known for her ability to quickly assess situations and to provide creative, realistic solutions to everyday human resource problems. Matuson is the founder and principal of Human Resource Solutions. The firm specializes in helping organizations align their people assets with business goals. Matuson holds a BS in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University and an MBA in Finance Management from the University of Houston. She is also a certified compensation professional (CCP).

Harry Sobel, PhD is co-founder and president of Sobel & Raciti Associates, Inc., a human resources consulting firm providing Employee Assistance Programs, executive assessments, team interventions, and conflict management. S&R has affiliate offices throughout the US, with primary locations in Wayland, MA and Providence, RI, where Sobel is a licensed psychologist. He has held positions at Brown University, Mass General Hospital, Boston College, the Miriam Hospital, and Harvard Medical School, Department of Psychiatry. From 1981-1985 he hosted a daily, issues-oriented talk show on WRKO Boston. Sobel holds a BA from Lehigh University, an MS from Purdue University, and a PhD from Boston College.

Tracy Burns-Martin is the Vice President of Human Resources at Harvard Management Company, Inc. Tracy joined the Corporate Services team at HMC in March of 2008. As the VP of HR, she provides strategic oversight and daily management of the HR function. She is also responsible for the design and implementation of strategically aligned recruitment, retention and development programs. She and the HR team support approximately 200 employees in downtown Boston.

Chuck Mollor is Managing Partner of MCG Partners, which provides talent management, leadership, sales and career development solutions. He is also the Founder/President of My Career GIG, an e-learning company providing career management services. Previously, Mollor was a Managing VP for Right Management, where he was a member of the global product development and global strategic initiative teams. Mollor joined Right when it acquired Manchester, where he was SVP of Sales and Marketing and ran Manchester Partners, a global alliance of 100 consulting firms. He holds a B.A. from Merrimack College and has licenses and certifications in coaching, career management, leadership development, behavioral assessments, sales training, organizational effectiveness, and strategic planning.

Mary Ann Masarech is director of Employee Alignment Programs and Services at BlessingWhite. She has 20 years of experience helping organizations achieve business results through training and organizational development. Her work at BlessingWhite, Drake Beam Morin, and Learning International has enabled a wide range of clients to create high-performance cultures, develop inspiring leaders, build change-hardy organizations, and cultivate loyal customer relationships. In her current role, Masarech ensures that BlessingWhite leverages the latest research on organizational culture, engaged employees, and successful business leaders to enable their clients to outperform their competitors and build world-class organizations. She is a graduate of Wesleyan University.

Stephanie Goode is the Vice President of Learning and Development at The First Marblehead Corporation. She has spent over 18 years in the financial services, telecommunications and publishing industries working with leaders at all levels to build the learning and organizational systems required to meet the challenges of their business plans and strategies. Stephanie has worked in the areas of organization development, leadership and executive development, talent management and performance management. In her current role she oversees all of First Marblehead's technical and managerial learning programs as well as its e-learning platforms. A graduate of Fordham University, Stephanie serves on the Metrics Committee of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) as well as on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Advocates for the Arts, Sciences and Humanities (MAASH).
