“Don’t put too much fluff in your resume; give real proof about how you made a difference in your last job.” Those are just two bits of advice that David Almeda, the chief people officer at Kronos Inc., gives to aspiring “Kronoites” – the moniker for the Chelmsford company’s employees.
Kronos, a technology company that automates the time clock, as well as scheduling and payroll, has 1,200 employees in Massachusetts and more than 3,700 worldwide in places such as China, Australia, India, Canada, and Mexico. Kronos was also nominated by its employees and named in 2013 as one of the Globe’s Top Places to Work.
