You love your job. Now let the world know how great your employer is.

Last year, workers at Bright Horizons Family Solutions, ad agency Hill Holliday, and social service agency Associates for Human Services placed their organizations in the lead on the Globe’s Top Places to Work survey.

And there were 93 other great workplaces listed, each one recommended by the people who work there.

The Globe’s Top Places to Work 2011 magazine will be published in the Globe and on boston.com in November, but we need to hear about your organization now. Beginning today, you can nominate your employer online, quickly and easily.

The simple form is at www.boston.com/topworkplaces/nominate. You can also phone in your nomination at 617-674-2286.

Here’s how it works: Any organization that employs at least 100 people in Massachusetts is eligible. Workers at participating employers will be asked to complete a short, confidential, 24-question survey, which will be conducted from mid-May through early July by the Globe’s survey partner, WorkplaceDynamics.

It’s their answers that determine which organizations are honored: After all, who better than the employees to say how great a workplace is?

Last year, the Top Places to Work magazine offered readers the details on what made these workplaces great.

Bright Horizons, for example, is a child care provider that extends its caring attitude to employees, who love the flexibility.

In the Hill Holliday offices, employees enjoy a wildly creative atmosphere, with a deep focus on opportunities for advancement and achieving real balance between life on the job and life at home.

And at Associates for Human Services, the employees embrace the heartfelt mission of an agency that helps children and adults with developmental disabilities.

If your workplace is great, make sure it’s recognized. The deadline for nominations is May 27, but earlier is better.
