Needham firm finds success with older workers

Nearly half the employees who produce, package, and ship orders around the country at the stainless steel needle and tubing manufacturer are over 65. Employing older workers has been part of the company culture since the late 1980s, when the majority of people applying for jobs were retired or laid off older workers. After seeing how dependable and hard-working this white-haired workforce was, the company made it a policy.
