Part of the mission of the Shattuck Hospital is to serve the underserved population. Nobody embraces this concept more than Rosemary. There's never been at patient that Rose hasn't given her utmost to help. Rose spent many years on the HIV/AIDS unit caring for the sickest of these patients back when treatments were not as effective and patients did not have the promising futures they do now. Rose is an inspiration to those around her and is the epitome of what a nurse should be. She deserves this recognition.
