WIN AN OFFICE SPACE MAKEOVER

Is your cube or office a disaster zone?

Is your office the epitome of disorganization? Do your co-workers sneer when they walk by your cube? Are you in desperate need of help to make your home office a place you can actually get work done?

Then enter to win a $500 makeover by sending in a photo of your cluttered workspace.

E-mail your photos to officepix@boston.com, with "Office Space Makeover" in the subject field.

In the e-mail, be sure to include:

  1. Your full name and age
  2. Location of your office and name of the company you work for
  3. Day and evening phone numbers (for confirmation purposes only)
  4. Your e-mail address (for confirmation purposes only)
  5. Your job title
  6. Some background: Why do you need an office space makeover? What are the main problems you have with your workspace? How does the state of your workplace affect your ability to do your job? Add anything else you think is relevant. (Note: Please keep background info to 400 words or less.)

Entries must be received online by 5 PM (5:00PM EST) on November 20, 2008. 10-15 Finalists will be selected on November 20 and will be subject to an online vote from November 21 – November 24, 2008. The photo with the highest amount of votes will be notified by Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 5 PM (5:00PM EST). If winner is unable to use the prize, no alternative prize will be offered. Approximate total value of the prize is: $500. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. The Globe is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen or illegible entries. Employees of the participating partners and the New York Times Company and their affiliates are not eligible to participate. Prizewinner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, granting permission to use winner's name, photograph or other likeness for the purposes of advertising, trade and promotion on behalf of The Boston Globe and Boston.com without further compensation.
