THIS STORY HAS BEEN FORMATTED FOR EASY PRINTINGAt Brightview Senior Living, it pays to show up to work every day, and on time. Employees who do so can earn from two extra hours of pay a month to 30 extra hours of pay in a year. And it’s good for the residents, who “like seeing the same faces all the time,’’ said human resources director Andrea Griesmar.
The residential care company has 230 associates eligible for the perfect attendance award at facilities in Woburn, Walpole, and Danvers, with a fourth opening in Billerica this month - and as of early fall, 16 were on track to earn the entire 30-hour bonus this year.
Bob Molloy, who works the front desk in Walpole, has won the full award every year since 2007 and hopes to land it again this year. It’s not life-changing money, as Griesmar points out, but Molloy, 72, is hoping for the best: “Maybe next year it’ll be double.’’![]()
