    Glasgow-born artist Paul Emsley met with Britain's Prince William and his wife, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, at the National Portrait Gallery’s unveiling of the portrait. According to the AP, Prince William deemed the portrait, “absolutely beautiful,” while Catherine called it. “just amazing.”

    The palace announced on Dec. 3 that the Duke and Duchess are expecting their first child.
