“Hi, we are Benjamen, Denea, and Bishop. We like to play sports together and we are HUGE basketball fans!’’
Benjamen, Denea, and Bishop are siblings who live together now in a foster home and would love to remain together in an adoptive family. They are big-time sports fans who also participate in all sorts of games.
Bishop, 10, is an active, inquisitive, charming boy who comes across as quiet and very observant of his surroundings. He likes to draw. And when the energy is of a different type, he loves basketball, football, and baseball, and also camping and other outdoor activities.
Denea, 9, is cheerful and endearing, and loves following the progress of the local teams. She wants to grow up to play basketball in the WNBA and had plans to attend camp this summer.
Benjamen, 7, is outgoing and curious and is described as being constantly busy. He likes watching television, playing video games, doing things outdoors, and wrestling with his siblings.
Legally free for adoption, this trio would do well in a two-parent family with no other children that can provide unconditional love and support and a structured environment. These fun-loving siblings have a special wish to find a family where they can be together forever.
The process to adopt a child from foster care requires training, interviews, and home visits to determine if adoption is right for you, and if so, to help connect you with a child or sibling group that will be a good match. The process to make a match that will be “for keeps’’ can take a year or longer.
To learn more about Benjamen, Denea, and Bishop, and about adoption from foster care, call the Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange (MARE) at 617-54-ADOPT (617-542-3678) or visit www.mareinc.org. The sooner you call, the sooner a waiting child will have “a permanent place to call home.’’![]()
