Halloween is associated with black and orange, but green is added to the palette at Halloween Town. This benefit for the Kids Fund at Boston Medical Center welcomes the Energy Star Campaign Tour, which will introduce kids to some spooky characters and teach them how to make their homes more energy efficient. Attractions at the two-day event, “scare rated’’ for toddlers to age 12, include the Haunted Mine, the Swamp, and MonsterPiece Theater. Grammy-winning Dan Zanes and Friends perform each day at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. Costumes are encouraged.
