In “Evil Dead 2,’’ Ash is still stuck in that cabin in the woods, and his enemies are even more bloodthirsty. This 1987 remake of “Evil Dead’’ by director Sam Raimi is described as Three Stooges-style ultraviolence. There’s a costume contest and other special treats at the 7:30 p.m. show on Saturday. On the lighter side, there’s a free family Halloween showing of “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown’’ on Saturday at 3 p.m. Oct. 31 at 1 and 7:30 p.m. $9.75, $7.75 students. Recommended for 18+.
