    Do you have any recommendations for local banks that have programs for kids? I want to get my children started with savings accounts, but also have fun with it.

  1. "The Savings Bank" in Wakefield/Lynnfield/Andover has a program that they do in the schools, and I'd bet they'd let you piggyback on it if you aren't in one of their towns. They even have passbook accounts for the kids which are a rarity these days. www.tsbawake24.com

  1. Hi Barbara-
    My boyfriend & I broke up & I'm trying to explain to my child why we won't see him anymore, but its really hard for them to understand. Any suggestions?

    By the way he is not their biological father.
