In front of a crowd of nearly 1,000 at Harvard Business School last night, fashion designer and “Project Runway’’ judge Michael Kors announced that he will raise the minimum age of the models he employs to 16 in an effort to curb what he calls the “army of children’’ seen with increasing frequency on catwalks and in fashion photo shoots.
