To mark its eighth anniversary, the Downtown Crossing nightspot Felt Boston threw itself a 1940s-themed bash last Thursday. There were pinstriped suits, pin-up girls (Felt's dolled-up staff), and performances by the Boston Babydolls burlesque troupe. A mixed-age crowd sipped cocktails at the bar while some revelers escaped to the dance floor, enticed by the swinging jazz-rock of Bellevue Cadillac. Style Spy made the rounds and chatted with some of the sharp dressers in the crowd.
