You're wearing the high-waisted jeans we were seeing creep into stores earlier this year. I got these for $20 at Rainbow in Downtown Crossing. That’s one of those stores that no one goes into, but they really should. I saw a pair just like these, but they were $400. I was so annoyed. It was raining one day, I walked into Rainbow to get out of the rain, and there these were. It was like, yes!
Are you a shopper? Will you trawl through shops searching for stuff? Yes I am. But I prefer thrift and vintage. The clothes have history, it’s cool.
It’s recycling, it’s eco-chic. Exactly, we all should be doing it, instead of buying new stuff all the time.
Where do you hang out? I'm always at the Middlesex Lounge. Particularly Heartthrob on Tuesdays and Make It New on Thursdays. I like Green Street for cocktails. And the Savant Project. The food is great, but the portions are too small.
