Style Spy: Mastering style at the Achilles Project

  • Next
  • Previous
Style Spy goes to lots of fashion events around the city, but we don't usually bump into Red Sox owner John Henry and nightlife czar Ed Kane while we're there. But they were just two of the stylish types hobnobbing last week at book party for "The Lucky Guide to Mastering Any Style" at the Achilles Project. There were also media folks, boutique owners, and aspiring fashionistas -- all of whom mixed, mingled, and talked fashion as they flipped through the new style tome. Some chatted up the co-authors, Lucky Magazine editor-in-chief Kim France and creative director Andrea Linett. Chef Michael Leviton served up delightful bite-sized snacks for the occasion. Menu highlights included: beef tataki, grilled Serrano ham flatbread, Stonington Maine peekytoe crab cakes, and butterscotch white chocolate blondies. Who says fashion and food can't co-exist harmoniously?
