With any luck, you only have a few more things to buy before the gift-opening frenzy commences. The little extras. Stocking stuffers. Something small. But just because you're almost out of time doesn't mean you have to throw caution (and good taste) to the chilly December wind. Most retailers -- knowing that almost everyone's hunting for a lovely little gift they can buy quickly and painlessly -- have stocked an array of smart and even useful baubles for just this moment. Obviously, it's the thought that counts. But if that thought happens to be expressed with a gift that's hip and elegant, so much the better.
