Ladies, need fashion help -- or a makeover?

Tell us why for a chance to be on TLC's 'What Not to Wear'!

Ladies, are you in need of a makeover? Do you or a woman you know dress much older or younger than you are? Are you searching for the right look to pair with new opportunities, or just trying to shake up a closet that hasn't been updated in years?

Share your fashion story with us, send a photo or two, and tell us why you deserve the help of Stacy London and Clinton Kelly (pictured) on TLC's "What Not to Wear." The show is looking for the "worst dressed American" and is scouring cities, including Boston, for the perfect makeover candidate.

The Globe's Style team will select 10 nominees from your entries, posted on boston.com. The show will review local applications, along with those from other cities. One applicant will be chosen by TLC producers for a segment to be shot in late 2009, and to air in early 2010. Sorry, fellas, all applicants must be female. All entries must be received by Sept. 25, 2009.
See full application rules.
