This is an easy one — brush generous cubes of Spam with a marinade of teriyaki sauce, grapeseed oil, and brown sugar marinade and skewer with pineapple chunks and bell peppers before throwing them on the grill (or under your broiler.) Serve crisp and lightly charred with a dipping sauce made from leftover marinade. (Reduce liquids over high heat.) The next day, dice leftovers for a take on Hawaiian pizza!
