Makes 3½ tablespoons
| 1 | tablespoon kosher salt |
| 1 | tablespoon sweet paprika |
| 2 | teaspoons dry mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon each black and cayenne pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon dried oregano |
| 1 | teaspoon ground cumin |
1. In a small bowl, combine the salt, paprika mustard, black and cayenne pepper, oregano, and cumin. Mix well with a fork.
