Microwave Mug Cheesecake
Whip softened cream cheese in your mug with a fork until soft and airy.
Vigorously stir in remaining ingredients—except jam.
Let sit at room temperature, then swirl in jam.
Microwave for 2-2½ minutes on medium. Keep an eye on your mixture, as soon as it bubbles appear, immediately remove from microwave.
Allow to sit to room temperature and chill, covered, in refrigerator for 2 hours to overnight.
