Since 5757 (aka 1997), this up-market delicatessen has creatively interpreted Jewish classics. Empire Eggs are Benedict-like, but substitute Brooklyn-made smoked salmon and crispy, thick potato pancakes for the traditional Canadian bacon and English muffin. The Roughrider Omelette features flavorful house-made corned beef hash. And the beloved Banana-Stuffed French Toast is a sweet engineering marvel.
