Good and plenty

The goodies glut is daunting this time of year, especially if you have diet concerns or food allergies. But tucked among car dealerships along Route 114 in Danvers is a carb dealership called My Low-Carb Life . When Carol Sheehan's son was diagnosed with the intestinal disorder celiac disease, she couldn't find a store with tasty food and helpful information, so she opened her own. And the shop is well stocked with low-carb, sugar-free, wheat-free, and gluten-free products, about 1,800 of them (right, a gluten-free muffin). We stopped by desperately seeking gluten-free stuffing ideas, and left with gluten-free bread, pasta, pancake mix, cookies, and lots of information. Today's hours are 10 a.m.-8 p.m. My Low-Carb Life, 136 Andover St., Danvers. 978-646-9566. mylowcarblife.com
